| If you have been directed here by TESS Associates, please click the "Help Desk Client" link below. One of several options will appear (depending upon the browser and version that you are using). You will either be asked to "Run/Open" the file or "Save" the file -- each scenario is described below:
Run/Open File
Click on either "Run" or "Open" (whichever is offered). In some cases this action will bring up another dialog box warning you that the action you are about to perform is "unknown" -- click whichever button allows you to proceed with the execution of the file. After a short interval, a Network Streaming banner will appear -- click on the button which states "Yes, Grant Full Control". After a short interval our staff will assume control of your desktop and you will see our investigative actions as they are being performed in real time on your monitor. Our staff hopefully will be able to diagnose what error or problem is occuring on your computer and correct the problem (if possible) from our remote location. When we are finished the Network Steaming application will automatically uninstall itself.
Save File
Click on the "Save" button and save the file that will be downloaded to your desktop (to prevent having to locate the file on your hard drive). Close the browser and look for a file named "customer_198.182.247.80--443.exe" on your desktop. Double click this file. After a short interval, a Network Streaming banner will appear -- click on the button which states "Yes, Grant Full Control". After a short interval our staff will assume control of your desktop and you will see our investigative actions as they are being performed in real time on your monitor. Our staff hopefully will be able to diagnose what error or problem is occuring on your computer and correct the problem (if possible) from our remote location. When we are finished the Network Steaming application will automatically uninstall itself.
