Requirements: It appears that the VPON Video Server works best (only?) with Internet Explorer. Please disable any popup blockers you may have (Google Toolbar, etc.).

A) The first time you access the VPON server, you will be asked to download the "LVSETUP.EXE" plugin. This is required to correctly view the Live Video content. Download the plugin to the desktop or any folder you select. Close your browser. Execute the plugin installation selecting the default location. Wait for the completion message before proceeding. Open your browser again and view the Live Streaming video.

B) If the camera supports Audio capability, you will be prompted and required to download and install the "LASETUP.EXE" plugin. This plugin is required to correctly hear the audio stream associated with a particular camera. Download the plugin to the desktop or any folder you select. Close your browser. Execute the plugin installation selecting the default location. Wait for the completion message before proceeding. Open your browser again and view the Live Streaming video.

C) If your security settings allow for Remote Playback, you will be asked to download the "RPSETUP.EXE" plugin. This is required to correctly view the recorded video files. Download the plugin to the desktop or any folder you select. Close your browser. Execute the plugin installation selecting the default location. Wait for the completion message before proceeding. Open your browser again and view the Recorded Streaming video.

D) If you don't see any popup messages asking you to install the required plugins and you know you haven't visited any VPON sites before -- on the bottom of the screen, there's a link to download "PLUGINS.EXE". Use that link and follow the instructions as detailed above.
